Mr. Vladimir Alexandrovich Sidorovich was born in Moscow in 1968.

He graduated from the Moscow State (Lomonossov) University School of Economics with honors in 1993. In 1991/1992, he was an exchange student in Germany.

He seconded in BMW AG, Munich (1992), Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt (1992), ABN-Amro Bank, Vienna (1993), Dresdner Bank AG, Frankfurt (2002), EBRD, London (2002).

He is Candidate of Science, Economics (1995).

Mr. Sidorovich is member of Independent Directors Association (www.nand.ru).

Member of the supervisory board (independent director), Central Geophysical Expedition, Moscow.

Mr. Sidorovich has held several positions in banking sector in Russia and abroad since 1993 till 2005.

Since 2005 – independent management consultant.

CEO of the Institute of energy efficient building technologies since October 2012.

He is fluent in English and German.
